Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 May 2026
By creating a Tukly workspace you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English; if anything is unclear, email us and we will explain.
1. What Tukly is
Tukly is software-as-a-service for dispatching tour transport. It is not a transport service itself. We do not operate vehicles or carry passengers.
2. Your account and your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your team's access credentials safe, and for using Tukly in compliance with the law of your country. You own the data your workspace contains; we are only the custodian.
3. Acceptable use
No spam, no harassment, no illegal activity, no attempts to circumvent security, no scraping or reselling other users' data. Misuse can result in account suspension. Partnerships are voluntary — both sides accept and either side can pause or revoke at any time.
4. Pricing during early access
Tukly is free while we are in early access. We will give at least 60 days notice before introducing paid pricing. Early-access teams will either be grandfathered into their current rate or receive a permanent discount.
5. Service availability
We do our best to keep Tukly fast and online, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, missing emails, or third-party services we integrate with.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tukly is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months — during early access, that's zero.
7. Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we apply our 30-day deletion window described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use Tukly after the change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Phuket, unless local law requires otherwise.
