Privacy Policy

This page explains what data Tukly collects, why we collect it, how we store it, and the rights you have over your data. We follow the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree (PDPD).
1. Who we are
Tukly is dispatch software for tour-transport companies. Account-holders are the dispatchers, owners and drivers who use Tukly to run their fleet. "We", "our" and "us" mean Tukly, based in Phuket, Thailand.
2. What we collect
Account data: your name, email and the company you create. Operational data you enter: vehicles, drivers, routes, passenger contacts. Passenger phones and emails are encrypted at rest. Technical data: IP address, browser, language preference cookie.
3. Why we collect it
To provide the service you signed up for, to send you transactional email (sign-in links, expiry alerts, invoices), and to detect abuse. We do not sell your data, ever. We do not show third-party ads.
4. How long we keep it
Account and operational data stays while your workspace is active. When you delete your workspace, we soft-delete for 30 days so you can restore it. After 30 days it is permanently removed from our database and object storage.
5. Your rights
You can export everything your workspace owns at any time as a JSON file (in /settings → Danger zone). You can delete your workspace yourself. You can request deletion of your user account by emailing [email protected]. We log every passenger-contact decryption for audit.
6. Cookies
We use one preference cookie, tukly_locale, to remember your language choice. We use authentication cookies after you sign in — these are scoped to the app domain and expire when you sign out. We do not run third-party tracking scripts.
7. Where data is stored
Our servers and managed database run in Southeast Asia. Backups are kept in the same region. Object storage (driver documents, company logos, invoice PDFs) is held in S3-compatible storage with signed-URL access.
